reCAPTCHA Error Message

If you are receiving a reCAPTCHA error message, please try the following suggestions:

  1. If you're using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or proxy, try accessing the site without using these. 

  2. Check your browser settings to see if any privacy extensions or ad blockers might be interfering. 

  3. Be sure your browser is updated to the most current version.

  4. Try using a different browser (Edge or Chrome are recommended).  

  5. Avoid Automated Actions: reCAPTCHA assesses user interactions on the site. Interact with the site naturally. 

  6. Clear your cache and restart your computer.


If you are still having trouble after trying these suggestions, please submit a ticket with a screenshot of the error as well as the browser you're using. Thank you.
